Fort Worth Senior and HorseFeatured

January 29, 2014

This is Carley and her horse Belle, Carley may be a small girl but she has a big will and lots of spunk. She surprised me for sure. The way she interacted with her majestic beast was very firm, calm and loving. There is something very romantic about a girl and her horse. I love how the sun draped Belle and Carley in a warm glow it gives Carley’s senior portraits a whimsical grace. I was very impressed with Carley and her passion, she is a fiery, witty little lady. Her portraits were such an adventure for me and I had so much fun. I hope you enjoy.  XO Love Carmen Rose

Fort Worth Rodeo : Styled ShootFeatured

January 23, 2014

If you are from Fort Worth Texas you know that after Christmas its time to Rodeo!  So in the Spirit of a Fort Worth tradition I thought it would be very appropriate to do a Rodeo and Stock Show styled shoot. Something about the Rodeo always has me wishing for Spring, which I would say inspired the looks for both of my models. My models names are Olivia and Sammi, their color story is white, crisp blue and earth tones, gold and nude. We had so much fun wandering around in the livestock barns and the carnival grounds. I would absolutely suggest you chow down on a funnel cake if you’re going this year and please don’t forget to wear your boots! XO love, Carmen

Grand Opening PartyFeatured

Supremely Sweet Social-  A Grand Opening Party I opened the new studio space back in July 2013. It ‘s located inside a very unique building known as the “Supreme Golf Warehouse” which was built in 1913. I can’t tell you how thrilled I am to be in this beautiful, old,  industrial building. It is a Fort Worth landmark. A month after opening my doors I threw a fabulous social to give my studio a proper introduction to the community. I used an event design company out of Dallas called Yeti and the Beast. They did everything from floral arrangements, prizes, the treats bar, handmade invitations, custom decor, and signage. I love everything they did for the party! I hope you love the details too. All baked goods by cake walk and party design and paper goods by yeti and the beast XO- Love CR

Meet Tyler! Her shoot couldn’t have been more fun, road bumps and all (we may have had a wardrobe malfunction during our shoot). Tyler takes a lot of pride in being different and standing out, she is a laid back, chill, confident, and an edgy babe! And she came to her styling consultation knowing exactly what she wanted to wear and the vibe she wanted to give! Her Props were so perfect, the little Polaroid camera was a prize she won at the grand opening of the Studio! I hope you enjoy the images from her Senior Portrait Shoot 🙂
